After taking her diploma at the Accademia di Comunicazione in Milan, Chiara Grandesso went on to take a Masters in Communication in Art & Design at the Royal College of Art in London. She then won a scholarship to continue pursuing her research at the Kyoto City University of Arts in Japan. Once back in Europe, she won the Parallel Prize and was subsequently invited by Philippe Starck to start working with him in his Paris office. Although she maintained a partnership with the office upon returning to Italy after this experience, she also started doing graphic design work on her own initiative. She has received acknowledgments from both the ADCI and the Padua municipal council Culture Department.
